Grrrr…. This time of year makes me wish I had someone to cuddle with! All the snuggly clothes, hot apple cider, hot cocoa, christmas music, fireplaces, staying indoors…

If you’re single and jaded/bitter, you might not want to read this list. If you’re single and hopeful, maybe it’ll make you smile.

If you’re married, revel in the blessing of having someone you can do these things with!

The ultra-sappy list of things I want to do with my husband…

• kiss him in the rain
• start a ‘couple’ blog like Rockstar Diaries
• hold hands in church
• sit on his lap on the couch with a blanket and look at old pictures
• slow dance to music in our living room
• go on the roof to watch the stars and talk about our dreams
• sit on the bathroom counter and shave his face
• go tubing/camping/hiking and watch the sunrise
• go to Italy and kiss in a gondola
• feed each other ice cream in the park
• sing to him on the guitar while he lays in bed
• go to an orphanage overseas and play with kids
• stay in bed on a rainy sunday morning and watch the rain pour outside…with the kids joining in to stay warm
• make pancakes on Sunday morning
• get snowed in and cook stew or soup and then eat from the same bowl (feeding each other bites between commercials)
• read the bible together, have devotionals together, and pray together-for our relationship, our family and our friends
• do something scary together for the first time like skydiving
• hang out with friends at a barbeque and share funny stories
• go on a picnic and take a nap under the trees in spring
• play in the the leaves in fall
• watch the sunset on the beach in the summer
• cuddle in front of a fireplace in winter drinking hot cocoa
• tell bedtime stories to our kids

and some not so sappy stuff too…

• play streetball–loser has consequences
• meet him at a club(pretending like we’re strangers)
• go skinny dipping off the coast of a tropical island
• take a bubble bath together

I know, I’m such a sap. A girl can dream right?! Do you have any other sappy ideas?
