Men In Trees: Marin Frist’s Dating Advice
“The truest thing I know about relationships is that sometimes, we don’t know anything at all. You can’t always get the one you want. And sometimes, the one you get, may not be the right one at all. But if you have hope, the universe has a funny way of showing you exactly what you need. The challenge is to let yourself be alone until the right one shows up. But you can’t hide either. Heartbreak sucks, but not having heartbreak sucks more. The answers aren’t in a lecture or a book, but maybe if you get yourself happy, you’ll find the right one. I believe this because against all odds, I’m still an optimist. That’s the thing about love, if it were that easy, everyone would have it.”
- Marin Frist
Singleness can be one of life’s greatest gifts. When you’re constantly in a relationship with men you know aren’t right for you, if the right one shows up, you’ll miss the boat. You either won’t notice him because you’re too busy fixing the relationship you’re in, or he won’t see you because he isn’t looking for someone attached. Or worst, you could both see each other and then comes the DRAMA.

I recently moved from a small city to the Big Apple. Back home I knew the entire town. Here I am finding it hard to meet new people. Maybe I am just shy. I enjoyed reading your post on dating tips and advice. It opened my mind. Thanks a lot and keep up the great work! Online Dating Tips for the single guy

Nice advice on dating!
” When you’re alone, you’re all your own” sums it up well I think. To be our own best friend seems to be the best way to attract the right partner instead of doing it the other way trying to fill up a void of solitude with another partner.
I have always found my partners by first describing to myself how she should be in every detail and let it go. Wait for life to fulfill that expectation and it always worked.
