How to Kiss a Girl for the First Time
Okay. Confession.
I have a not so secret guilty pleasure: cheesy teen flicks.
Yes, I’m approaching the big 3-0. yikes. but will I ever tire of teen movies? probably not.
For all my young pre-first kiss male readers, this post is for you. Here’s a pretty good, quick, how-to guide on how to kiss a girl for the first time: (from the movie Bandslam)
And of course… in real life it never works out perfectly! Here’s Will trying it out on Vanessa Hudgen’s character Sa5m (5 is silent!) OMG. I literally laughed out loud!
Lesson? Even if it’s awkward, weird, not the way you’d imagined it would be, you can still get the girl! Just go for it!

Just remember it is not a race and she does not want to feel your tonsils. Go in slow and work up a momentum!

A couple things to also remember:
- Don’t be scared if the girl tries to kiss you first. That is actually a good thing and doesn’t make you any less suave.
- First kisses are one of the most stressed over events in early dating. Don’t let the stresses and the crazy thoughts running through your mind get to you. Just try to focus on your feelings for the girl (or guy).

As, so true!!! the first time a guy kissed me at age 13… he jammed his tongue down my throat, and all that was going through my head was, “Ewww!! THIS is what the rage is all about???! Slimy snake writhing in my mouth???!!”

Never kissed a girl in my life:[, part of the excitement is being nervous sweety:) Don’t fight the nervousness. It’s like how people feel before they get in front of a crowd. They have nervous excitement. Don’t look at it as a negative thing, but just a natural thing. Use that nervous excitement to propel you to do that bold thing… to steal a kiss! Don’t worry if she’s already had her first kiss with her ex. Give her a kiss that she will remember forever! You can be the kiss that stands out and wows her decades from now. And read this:
