Happy Birthday Baby
Okay my readers. This is not a post on dating advice. It’s just a shout out to my boyfriend who happens to be the best boyfriend EVER. It’s his birthday today. And because I’m a silly girl in love, I just wanted to use this avenue to broadcast this information to the people that visit my blog from the 128 countries/territories around the world. (*thank you google analytics for this info!)
Because I’d love to let the whole world know that I love this man.
** if you live in the Seattle area, you have to try the best birthday cake ever. It’s at Delight Bakery and it’s called Ube Macapuno.

Weird but delish! softest, fluffiest, lightest cake and icing you’ll ever try. promise. and the center is this custardy frosting with bits of young coconut in it. mmmmm….

That top piece looks good but the bottom one looks like a gigantic piece of frosting! I realize it’s probably not, but gah!

Wow, he must be quite the lucky guy! That cake sounds awesome and because you thought of it for him, makes you awesome as well!
